Sign in to reviewIf comfort had a flavor, it would taste like this. House of Pho doesn’t just serve food… it serves that deep exhale you didn’t know you needed. The kind where the world quiets down for a second and it’s just you, a warm bowl, and something really, really good. The pho? Crystal-clear broth that looks light but hits with layers of flavor like a slow-building melody. It’s clean, fragrant, and somehow both delicate and rich at the same time. The noodles are silky and perfectly cooked, soaking up every drop like they were made for this exact moment. Fresh herbs, crunchy bean sprouts, and those pops of green onion keep every bite alive and bright. Then you’ve got that grilled salmon on the side… golden edges, slightly charred like it kissed the flame just right. Tender, flaky, and seasoned in a way that doesn’t shout, but absolutely gets your attention. Pair it with the fluffy rice and that sweet chili sauce? That’s not a side dish, that’s a co-star. Nothing feels rushed here. Nothing feels artificial. It’s fresh, hot, and plated like someone actually cares about what lands in front of you. This is the kind of place you come to once… and then suddenly you’re craving it on random Tuesdays like it owes you money. If you’re even thinking about pho, don’t think twice. Go.
My partner and I tried this place for the first time. The food was amazing. We both ordered a pho, which came out piping hot and was so delicious. Portion sizes were good too. We have both been looking for Asian food in the Burleson/Crowley area and this restaurant did not disappoint. Service was extremely friendly, but a tad bit slow. We will definitely be back and recommend this spot fr anyone looking fr a decent Asian restaurant in the area.
I’ve been coming here for years, and for the first 7 years this place was incredibly good consistent, fresh, and one of my go-to spots. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. Over the past couple of months, the quality has noticeably gone downhill. The food tastes different, like the recipes have changed or there’s new staff in the kitchen. There have also been unpleasant experiences, like sewage being emptied in broad daylight it was so off-putting we had to leave without finishing our food. Today was the final straw. I ordered orange chicken with broccoli to go, and it was mostly rice with only 2 small pieces of broccoli. The portion was completely unbalanced. On top of that, the shrimp in our spring rolls was still frozen, and the pho came with fettuccine noodles instead of traditional rice noodles. It’s really disappointing to see how much this place has changed. After multiple bad experiences, I won’t be coming back.
We had the flank pho, sesame chicken with fried rice, & the kids beef lo mein. The food was sooo good. I’m picky when it comes to my pho broth & I was pleasantly surprised!! It was savory. Yummy! The staff was hospitable. Thank you! We will be back.
We made a last minute decision to dine here with a large party on Mother's Day evening. It was our first time here and they did not disappoint. The food was hot and delicious. Our server was friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience and we'll be back. The food was so good!
