Hui Lau Shan in Carrollton absolutely lived up to the hype! If you’re a fan of fresh fruit desserts, this place is a must-visit. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. We tried three different desserts, and every single one was fantastic: 🥭 Pomelo & Mango with Sago – This was probably my favorite. The mango was incredibly fresh and juicy, the pomelo added a light citrusy pop, and the sago gave it a fun texture that tied everything together. Refreshing, creamy, and packed with real fruit flavor. 🥥 Mango & Coconut Juice with Crystal Jelly – Super refreshing and perfect for a hot Texas day. The coconut and mango complemented each other perfectly, while the crystal jelly added a smooth, chewy texture that made every sip enjoyable. 🥭 Coconut Jelly with Mango – This one was like a tropical dessert dream. The silky coconut jelly paired perfectly with the sweet mango chunks, making it light, refreshing, and impossible to stop eating. A special shoutout to Quynh, who took care of us. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming while helping us choose from the menu. Great customer service always makes a place memorable, and she definitely made our first visit even better. You can tell this place takes pride in using quality ingredients. If you’re looking for authentic Hong Kong-style mango desserts or just want something refreshing that’s different from the usual dessert spots, Hui Lau Shan is absolutely worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back to try even more of the menu!

Absolutely delicious! Took a friend from out of town here to try out and enjoyed this treat. Ordered the pomelo mango sago and although the pomelo was a bit bitter, maybe skin left, everything else was delicious. Would return to try their bowls and other treats!

This dessert shop serves fresh and balance flavors. A dangerously good dessert that dissapears faster than my self-control. Recommended for people who loves mango.

Hui Lau Shan is our kids’ favorite dessert place! Everything tastes so fresh, and you can really tell they use high-quality, real ingredients. I especially love that their desserts aren’t too sweet—just the perfect balance. Their drinks are also super refreshing and full of natural flavor. It’s a spot we keep returning to again and again!
