It is a convenient stop for visitors exploring downtown who want a Denver or Colorado keepsake, and for locals looking for gifts with a regional feel. Customer reviews describe the shop as being on the second floor toward the back of the mall. Its selection spans small souvenirs and practical gift items, making it easy to browse for one memento or gather a few things for a gift basket.

Shoppers mention Colorado-themed items such as magnets, stickers, coasters, mugs, water bottles, artwork, and apparel, including shirts and hoodies. The range gives customers several ways to remember a Denver visit, from compact items that fit easily in luggage to gifts that can be used at home. Reviews also describe finding locally themed products for customers and family members. If you are choosing several gifts, the variety may make it useful to browse in person and compare styles before deciding.

The atmosphere comes across as a relaxed, browse-friendly souvenir shop with enough variety to make a visit enjoyable. One customer praised the selection and described having fun choosing gifts, while another noted that an employee named Samuel helped select Colorado-local items for a customer gift basket. The store may suit tourists, downtown shoppers, families buying small keepsakes, and anyone assembling a regional gift assortment.

Customer feedback is generally positive, with a 4.4-star rating from 396 reviews, but experiences and opinions differ. Some visitors recommend the shop for souvenirs and describe finding appealing artwork and gift items. Others consider some products pricey, especially clothing, and one reviewer reported a shirt tearing near the hem before it had been worn, with loose threads around the collar. If apparel is on your list, it is sensible to inspect the item before purchase. A reviewer also mentioned a long checkout wait, so allow extra time if you are visiting during a busy period.

Shirts are really bad quality. I bought a souvenir shirt just today and went to my hotel to try it, before even putting it on the shirt immediately ripped a little above the hem at the bottom. After observing theres plenty of loose threads by the collar. Dont make the same mistake, inspect what you buy closely. Never have I ever had a shirt rip like that, and I've bought plenty of souvenir t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies.

What a great shop! I came in looking for a few gifts for some customers to put into a gift basket and Samuel helped me pick out the perfect items. All Colorado local stuff!

I came in for a couple gifts for family and had such a fun time personally shopping through. The gift shop is located in the Pavillions mall on the second floor towards the back. Their whole selection went above and beyond my expectations honestly. I got 2 coasters, and a magnet, and the cashier kindly wrapped up seperately for me. I don’t usually shop for souvenir/gift stuff because I travel too much to collect, but every now and then I pass through shops but I haven’t seen such a good gift shop in a while. Section are super organized and they’ve got magnets, stickers, games, hats, mugs, books, board games, coasters, and way more. Side note, if you purchase anything from any stores, the clerk should point out on your reciept the code to enter the bathroom.

Definitely recommend coming here for souvenirs. They are pricey but be aware that the shops at national parks or other tourist attractions are even more expensive!!!

Great shop at the pavilion. The wait to checkout was fairly long. But they have lots of cool souvenirs and gift items. I got some stickers and magnets. Lots of great artwork, water bottles, and mugs to choose from. The hoodies and clothing were a bit over priced but good quality. Would shop here again. Good spot to visit as a tourist in the area.
