It’s not easy finding a trustworthy shop that understands European vehicles, especially diesel cars, but their team has always been knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They take the time to explain what the car needs and never try to push unnecessary work. Their pricing has always been fair and transparent, which is something I really appreciate. What really stands out is how friendly and helpful everyone is, especially Tim. They’re always willing to answer questions, give advice, detailed 86 point inspection checklist, and make sure the customer feels comfortable with the work being done. Over the years, they’ve earned my trust through their reliability and quality service. If you’re looking for a dependable shop for import vehicles, I highly recommend Import Auto Clinic.

Import Auto Clinic was amazing. Tim (and Lisa) were so helpful- we brought our older car in for a 2nd opinion and Tim was very professional and thorough with the diagnosis and confirmed the previous findings- gave us sound advise to proceed. They also did extra work on our vehicle to make sure it left better than when it arrived. All our cars will be going to Import Auto Clinic. (Happy the dog is adorable!)
Live in the East Coast before & went to service my car at Import Auto Clinic, i was treated as a long time customer. Even gave me a loaner which was never done for simple oil change back east. Kudos to Tim & the crew for taking care of my needs.
