And I made A great Choice choosing her as my new doctor for life. They go over and beyond and make you feel like family thank God great doctors like her blessings to all

I had to switch Primary care doctors this year due to insurance constraints and I couldn’t be more happy. Not only did Hector spend the time listening to me, but I felt he genuinely cared about my health. He has helped me set some health goals we are working towards so that not only my present quality of life is better, but my health going forward is going to continue to be as good as it can be. Thank you Innovista and staff for making the switches easy as it was.

My experience with Innovista Medical Center has been extremely disappointing, and I feel obligated to warn others. The front desk staff provides some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered in a medical setting. They are consistently disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional when interacting with patients. There is a clear lack of courtesy and basic human decency. They do not respect patients’ time at all. Appointments are canceled without any prior notice, and patients only find out once they arrive in person at the clinic—after taking time off work and rearranging their schedules. This is completely unacceptable. Additionally, referrals are not sent in a timely manner—or sometimes not sent at all—causing delays in necessary medical care. Phone calls go unanswered, and there is no proper follow-up after previous appointments. It feels like patients are left on their own with no guidance or continuity of care. The level of arrogance displayed by the front desk staff is shocking. They show no accountability and no concern for the inconvenience they cause, even when patients lose work hours due to last-minute changes. What is most frustrating is that these issues have been ongoing since the transition to Innovista Medical Center. Instead of improving, the service has significantly declined. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional, respectful, and reliable medical care. Patients deserve much better than this.

I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. I initially scheduled a new patient appointment, and a few days later I called to reschedule. That’s when I was told that the doctor I had been scheduled with would no longer be working there by the end of the month. which is something they should have communicated from the beginning. On top of that, my appointment ended up being canceled the same day I was supposed to be seen because they said the doctor was only working in the morning. This kind of last-minute change is extremely inconvenient, especially for new patients trying to establish care. Overall, the front desk staff seemed disorganized and failed to communicate important information. The way my appointments were handled felt very unprofessional.

Service was amazing. The staff was super kind they were organized. My only concern is it is difficult to schedule follow ups but other than that I’m excited to work with this office
