Insee Noodle House is a restaurant in Denver, Colorado, at 1700 Platte St #130, Denver, CO 80202. The menu and guest feedback point to Thai noodle dishes as a central draw, especially soup noodles for diners who want something warming and full of flavor. Visitors mention the beef combination noodle soup, with tender beef, and tom yum noodle soup, praised for its bold, familiar taste. If you usually order rice or dry noodles when eating Thai food, Insee may be a welcome reason to try a bowl with broth instead. Its location on Platte Street makes it an option to consider when choosing a Denver restaurant for lunch or a weekend meal.
The noodle bowls are not the only dishes guests call out. Reviews also mention kanom jeeb, described as thick and satisfying, giving diners another way to round out a meal or share something alongside soup. The sample feedback reflects different preferences: some guests especially enjoy the flavor and overall experience, while another notes that hot pot portions felt small compared with the noodle bowls for their price. That perspective is useful when deciding what to order and how much to expect. Rather than assuming every dish suits every appetite, guests can use the menu and their own preferences to choose between noodles, soup, and other available options.
Guests describe the restaurant’s feel as inviting, with a nostalgic quality that one reviewer appreciated. The comments also point to friendly service: one family praised their server, and a guest whose order arrived incorrectly said the team corrected it with a smile. That mix of atmosphere and attentive handling can make Insee a comfortable choice for a meal with friends or family, as well as for a solo noodle stop. The restaurant has a 4.7 rating from 174 reviews, offering prospective diners a broad set of customer impressions to consider alongside their own tastes. Feedback is varied, so it is sensible to look at both the praise and practical notes about portions.
Insee Noodle House is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., making weekday visits a lunchtime option. On Saturday, it is open from noon to 10:00 p.m., and on Sunday from noon to 9:00 p.m., with a longer window for weekend dining. Hours can be useful to check before setting out, especially if planning a visit outside weekday lunch. For diners in Denver seeking Thai soup noodles, beef combination noodle soup, tom yum noodle soup, or kanom jeeb, Insee offers a locally rooted place to explore those dishes. Its Platte Street address and guest-described welcoming atmosphere help make it a practical choice for friends, families, and noodle lovers.

First time visiting and already in love with their food and the vibe of the restaurant. I usually like rice or dry noodles when it comes to Thai food but this place totally changed my perspective on Thai soup noodles. I love the beef combination noodle that I ordered - the beef was very tender and the flavor of the soup was excellent. My fiancée had their tom yum noodles and she loved it as well. Overall very positive experience. Would love to come back!
I had the pleasure of visiting Insee, the sister restaurant of Daughter Thai and it was so delicious! I love my tom yum noodle soup so much. Full of flavor just like at home in Thailand. The kanom jeeb also was nice and thick! My friends …
Opening a new restaurant has to be like trying to herd cats while cooking noodles, so a little grace is deserved. They accidentally brought me the wrong order—but plot twist: it was so good I almost questioned whether I ordered the wrong thing on purpose. They fixed everything with a smile, the service was genuinely friendly, and the food was fantastic. If these are their opening-week growing pains, this place has a very bright (and delicious) future. I’ll definitely be back!
Insee Noodle House surely is one of the best new Asian restaurants and one of my favorite Thai restaurants in town. Although it is run by the same owner as the highly acclaimed Daughter Thai next door, I preferred its nostalgic feel, down …
Food was good but the portions were small (especially the hot pots, they were priced higher than the noodle bowls but had less or maybe the same amount of food as the noodle bowls..). Server was really friendly to my family and I thought!!
