Located at 300 Billingsley Rd Ste 203, Charlotte, NC 28211, the office is listed as open every day, 24 hours a day. For people recovering at home after surgery, that local presence can be a useful starting point when looking for home health support and care professionals who visit patients where they live.

Customer reviews describe care following total hip and knee replacements, with visits from registered nurses and physical therapists. People mention receiving help soon after surgery, guidance about what to expect, and support during the move from recovery at home to outpatient therapy. These experiences point to a practical focus on post-operative home health care, including nursing and physical therapy. The specific services available can depend on a person’s needs and referral, so families should contact the office to confirm what care can be arranged.

Reviewers have highlighted therapists who were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and willing to answer questions and address concerns. Several describe encouragement and consistent support while working toward short-term recovery goals. For someone healing after a joint replacement, clear explanations and a therapist who listens can make the home recovery process feel more manageable. Every recovery is different, and individual experiences vary; these comments reflect what some local customers chose to share, rather than a guarantee of a particular outcome or caregiver.

With a customer rating of 3.9 from 38 reviews, Interim HealthCare of Charlotte offers local families a place to explore home health care options in Charlotte. It may be a fit for people who have been referred for home health services after surgery, as well as relatives helping coordinate care at home. Before choosing a provider, ask about the care plan, visit schedule, staff qualifications, insurance and payment details, and how the team communicates with patients and family members. Confirm current availability and service coverage directly. The Charlotte office’s location, around-the-clock listed hours, and customer feedback about post-surgical nursing and physical therapy can help families decide what questions to ask as they compare local care.

I had a left total hip replacement on 8/26/26. I had Trinity, R.N. and Evan P.T. visit me the following day. I was very impressed by the care I received from both of them. Evan, P. T. was very knowledgeable and professional. He prepared me for what to expect and truly has a caring manner. I was very fortunate to have these professionals care for me.

I had my right hip replaced 2 and a half weeks ago and all three of the physical therapists who helped me were great. I had Annie, Cassie, and Evan. They were all patient and answered and addressed all of the questions and concerns I had and each one brought something different to my healing journey. Today was my last day of physical therapy and I feel confident walking into the next stage in my life pain free. Thank you!

I just had total knee replacement on 11/10/2025 and was referred for Home Health Services. I must state that most everyone that came out to assist me was amazing. There is one Physical Therapist I'd like to acknowledge and thank...Mr. Evan Jones was the first one to come. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and gentle with patients. He made me feel safe and he encouraged me. Today, was my last day and Evan took the time to listen to my health concerns and took time with my physical therapy making sure I did it appropriately to get the benefits. He's an awesome PT therapist. We need more Evan's in this 🌎.

Evan worked with me post-op total knee replacement for three weeks before I shifted to outpatient. Persistent, insistent and absolutely consistent in his compassionate encouragement, Evan never left me with a moments doubt that we would reach our short term goals. It wasn't easy as there were a couple of additional osteo issues that added to the challenge. I never would have made it through this without his professional commitment, confidence and great sense of humor. Our healthcare system is severely suffering from all kinds of management and greed driven issues. It's the dedicated care givers like Evan that make it bearable.
