An amazing patient experience! Was able to get same-day (sick) appointment. Very little wait in waiting room, assistant Minerva was professional and thorough in gathering facts re: my symptoms. Dr Ahmed - what a medical gem! First time to see him and cannot praise enough. Listened to all my concerns, discussed treatment plans/options. Able to get xray and lab work on site. Just wow!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE & DR AHMED!

Dr. Rosenstein is nice. That’s the most I can say for this office. First of all, good luck parking if you drive anything bigger than a golf cart. You’ll owe them a late fee because you circled the lot 6 times and still couldn’t find a spot. They don’t work well with the patients. The front staff more often than not has an attitude. There’s very little communication on copays or appointment reminders even if you ask. You can call three days in a row and they’ll keep telling you they’ll call back, but they don’t. Never leave a message, I don’t think they listen to them. I only get a response if I get someone on the phone. Refilling prescriptions is actually a nightmare. If you’re on a controlled substance, make sure you get that appointment at least a week before you’re due because it takes about that long for the doctor and his medical assistant to actually send the prescription. But actually, they won’t fill it early, which is understandable since it’s controlled. So basically you just have to be okay without the medicine for three to five days while they figure out how to send a prescription to the pharmacy - that I’ve been taking since I started coming here. Let me know if anyone has recommendations for somewhere else.

Just another meat market primary. They're more interested in triple booking than they are about their patients. You'll be stuck in the lobby for close to an hour to get out in a room for another half an hour. And if you call in prior to see if you'll have a long wait, the staff will just lie and say they're on time. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. My appointment has now been rescheduled twice because Rosenstein had to leave the office early. I've been waiting a long time to be seen, and every delay means I have to rearrange my work schedule, take time off, and make other accommodations, only to have the appointment canceled again. On top of that, every time I call the office, the staff member who answers seems to have a bad attitude and shows little concern for the inconvenience this causes. Instead of feeling like a patient whose time matters, I feel like I'm being brushed aside. After dealing with repeated cancellations and poor customer service, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I understand that emergencies happen, but rescheduling a patient multiple times with little empathy or consideration is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Dr Thomas Land and his assistant Minerva are very professional and friendly. They always make me feel reassured that I’m on the right track health wise. Thoroughly recommend.
