Pricing was fair with no surprises, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, especially for a BMW, and InTune Motors absolutely delivers. Highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be back.
Just had an awesome experience here with Andrew. It’s 4:40pm as I write this. At 4:35pm I pulled into their parking lot actually looking for the wrong business and walked into their back office instead of their office, both because I was in a rush and scatter brained. I’m glad however that I found Intune Motors by a nice stroke of good fortune. I was looking for a brake check and expecting a pad replacement because of squeezing and 140k miles on my Tesla. I split on a one hour wait at Pep Boys about 20 min prior bc of bad customer service and mixed messaging from that other shop. Andrew had a positive attitude, came out immediately to scope out the car, told me my brakes were fine, and wished me well with a smile. He gave off an extremely trustworthy vibe (I don’t know jack about cars, but I do know people). I was in and out of the parking lot in 5 minutes.
Had a great experience with this shop. Andrew, the manager, was straightforward and honest. After checking the brake fluid on my Mini Cooper, he told me it didn’t need to be changed—something the dealership never mentioned. They also gave me a nice first-time customer deal. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on.
