Great Law Firm. Rod is a very professional and quick responding attorney I never had a case like this so he was good at informing me on how the process was going to work and what needed to be done. With my case I didn't know where to start while choosing a lawyer for my claims. I called a few different attorneys and they didn't get very excited about my case. I found Rod through a google search online. He was a hundred miles away from where I lived but I called him anyway. I began by telling him my complaints at work and how I wasn't getting paid for all the days I worked. After a few minutes Rod explained the laws and how they applied to me. My initial call to him was over only a few thousand dollars in unpaid wages but I ended up learning that for the last 5 years I'd been misclassified as a independent contractor when I was actually an employee. A few days later a demand letter went out for nearly $400,000 in unpaid wages and you can imagine my surprise. I had no idea I was even owed that much money. It wasn't more than a month later that my employer settled!
