Originally, when I moved back to the SoCal area, since I have a fear of dentists and some traumatizing past experiences, I was looking for a dentist that was modern in tech and accommodating. They are amazing here they have so many amenities to keep you comforted (Netflix, eye masks, stress balls, blanket, etc). More than the comforting experience, I love that they really care about the patients, explaining everything in detail, asking how you’re doing all the time, etc. they also have really modern equipment hence the name, you can get same day crowns. They know I have anxiety and I’ve never been uncomfortable here. Seriously, one of the best dental offices I’ve been to in my time. I moved a bit and I still drive up to come here
We have been coming here for more than 10 years. Dr Tsang and staff are some of the warmest and most caring individuals and we've never even considered another dentist for more than a decade. There's TVs for kids and little toys they get after cleaning, the facilities are spotless and the staff have been there for a all long time. They are like family at this point. Cannot recommend Dr Tsang and staff enough. Also, many dentists left Delta Dental network in the past several years ago we were worried but it got all resolved so there are no problems and we are happy with the care. We plan to go here forever.
I had such a great experience at Irvine Modern Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how modern and advanced everything felt. You can really tell they invest in the latest technology, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The wait time was almost nonexistent. I was only there a few minutes before being seen, which I really appreciated. My hygienist, Ken, was amazing. He greeted me warmly, gave me a tour of the office, and even introduced me to the team, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming, especially as a first-time patient. He also walked me through every single step in detail and made sure I understood exactly what was happening and why. By the end, I didn’t have a single question, which honestly never happens at the dentist. Dr. Tsang was just as impressive. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was done right without ever feeling rushed. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines advanced technology with genuinely thorough and thoughtful care, this is it. They even play your favourite Netflix shows during your cleaning! Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Irvine Modern Dentistry for many years and have consistently had a great experience. The team is professional, friendly, and always makes visits smooth and comfortable. They take the time to explain things clearly and genuinely care about patient experience. It’s not easy to find a dental office you trust long-term, but this is definitely one of them. I went through years of looking for a dentist that I felt comfortable with and I finally found my go to place! (Irvine Modern Dentistry) All the staff have been so kind and gentle and I love that they’re more on the conservative side where they don’t recommend unnecessary procedures. I look forward to my regular cleanings and check ups and that speaks volumes because I never used to look forward for my dental visits. So happy to have found them and highly recommend!
