Well let me tell you about Irvine Motor Werk as a So-Cal home shop that was referred to me after the BMW dealership wasn't helpful. Jon and the guys at Irvine Motor Werk made me feel welcomed to each step of way in troubleshooting and fixing my 2011 535i bimmer back to life as it was not allowing me to pass smog, drive-train malfunction was just some the issues the dealership quoted me outrageous pricing after the $500 diagnostic price. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Go to Irvine Motor Werk they'll make the process easy and great service for all your needs.
Owner Jon is a breeze to work with. Techs there are amazing. Got a new radiator, tires with a perfect alignment, and new rod bearings. Mario caught a previous mistake that would have destroyed my new LSD. Can’t thank him enough for a thorough look over.
John is truly the most helpful, kind, and warm-hearted BMW specialist. I called with a BMW X5 issue, and he took the time to provide resources and detailed guidance to help solve my problem—via text message and completely for free!!! Folks, go support kind people like him!!! I contacted 10 body shops in the Irvine Spectrum area over the phone but no one helped me except John from BMW & MINI Specialists. Some said they were unable to help, while others wanted me to bring my car in so they could take a look—basically pushing me to complete the repair at their shop.
