Amazing service! Rob got straight to the point and got me in and out within the hour. I recommend making an appointment online before just cold calling. It’s kinda hard for them to do your taxes and answer all your questions from the phone with no paper work or context of your situation. I will definitely be using their services from now on!
Rob was extremely rude to me, he told me he was "tired of dealing with me in April"?! And said he would double my rate if I booked an appointment with him that isn't in February next year? Terribly unprofessional, I expect to be treated with dignity, especially when I came all the way from SF where i moved recently. Needless to say I will not be giving him my business anymore, as it's evident by his demeanor that he doesn't want it. I think he was just mad that he was losing out on extra income because I have a lower rate due to my father being a regular of his for years, and I scheduled an appointment via the website which another client without a prorated fee might have taken. I inferred this due to the fact that when I came in for my own appointment, he was calling other clients to tell them he had no more openings before tax day. Clearly he was just venting his frustrations out on me. 1 star for doing my taxes right at least for the last decade, 1 star for his wife always treating me kindly, -3 for Rob's bad attitude. If you want your taxes done cheaper, pick another place, if you must do your taxes here, ask specifically for his wife Liu-Chen to handle your taxes, she is much kinder and won't make you feel like a waste of their time and energy as Rob made so evidently clear during my final visit.
Rob was very knowledge and professional. He was able to finish my taxes while I waited so I knew immediately what my tax situation was. In the past, my previous tax preparer took over a month to complete mine and was rude. I'll be using Jackson Hewitt from this point on.
I used to file through turbo tax and it would take a while asking all these questions and barely getting anything to zero dollars back but going to Jackson Hewitt to file with a tax person I had a very good experience with this place it was quick easy and no stress I highly recommend filing with rob he’s the best and really looks out for you I will be filing with them moving forward
