So it's been about a week since I had my hair first done here and I love it. I had an amazing experience at Jade Salon of Atlanta for Japanese Thermal Reconditioning. I spent months researching Japanese hair straightening before deciding on a salon, and I was extremely cautious because my hair is virgin, 4C, and very important to me. From when I got there, the team was patient, and kind, and took the time to explain everything, which immediately made me feel more comfortable. They were really thorough and gentle with my hair which made me really happy because I usually don't have good outcome when people service my 4C hair, this was amazingly better honestly! My results exceeded my expectations, I love it! Definitely takes some getting used to as my hair has been textured for as long as I can remember but the transformation is exactly what I had hoped for. If you’re someone with textured or type 4 hair who’s considering Japanese Thermal Reconditioning, I highly recommend Jade Salon. I know how intimidating this treatment can feel, and I can honestly say they made the entire experience professional, comfortable, and reassuring from start to finish. Just had a great experience at Jade Salon of Atlanta. The hair wash was so relaxing and lasted about 10 minutes. Jade cut my hair and did a fabulous job. She listened to what I wanted. I highly recommend this salon.

Jade salon is absolutely the best salon! Not only are they the most welcoming and friendly salon, they are also experts in what they do! When you go in for any treatment, they first check your hair health and discuss what you want. They are not trying to sell you on anything. They truly care about the health of your hair. I have been going there for about 3 years and have loved everything I have had done. Jade has helped my hair lighten without the use of bleach (healthier for my hair) and also make sure that I am happy with the result. She really listens to her clients, and wants them to be completely satisfied with the result. When I get a Japanese straightening treatment or the Brazilian smoothing treatment I go to her husband. He is an expert in these treatments and also cares about the health of the hair. He doesn’t try to sell you on it, and he is honest about which treatment will be better for what your desired results are. They do such a beautiful job! I won’t go anywhere else for my hair.

Another 5 star visit! Found this salon after hundreds of searches since moving from Miami. Putting my trust in them with my biracial teenager's hair and their Japanese Thermal Straightening. They did not disappoint. First time was in July of 2023 and since then twice a year, according to my daughter's hair growth. Travel from Cumming, GA to them (1+ hours). Easy for her to manage and care for on her own. Sleekness remains permanently until new hair growth and touch up needed. The team is welcoming amazing. Thank you all at Jade Salon of Atlanta.
