About

Jaho Coffee Roaster & Wine Bar is listed on FindALoco in Boston, MA with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Coffee Shop.

Jaho Coffee Roaster & Wine Bar is a coffee shop at 116 Huntington Ave in Boston, Massachusetts, in the Back Bay area near the Prudential Center. It is a convenient stop for a morning coffee, a relaxed break during the day, or a place to settle in with a drink and get some work done. Customer reviews describe a clean, welcoming space and attentive service, with baristas who take care with both their craft and the people they serve. Jaho is especially appealing if you value a comfortable neighborhood café where the experience feels personal rather than hurried.

Coffee is central to what guests mention. Reviews praise the hot and iced lattes, along with dark-roast options including Salaam Dark Roast and Black Derby Dark Roast. One customer’s favorite pairing is a BLT with the Salaam Dark Roast, a useful recommendation if you want both a savory bite and a substantial cup of coffee. Guests also note that the coffee is consistently good. If you are exploring the menu, these customer favorites offer a starting point, while the range of hot, iced, and non-coffee caffeinated drinks gives different kinds of café visitors something to consider.

Food makes Jaho a practical choice beyond a quick drink. Customers mention the BLT and a fresh turkey focaccia sandwich, describing the focaccia as delicious and the staff as friendly. These reviews suggest options for a casual lunch or a coffee-and-food pairing, though individual tastes can differ; one reviewer found the turkey sandwich a little salty while still enjoying it. The available customer feedback does not provide a full menu, so it is best to check with the shop for current food and drink selections. The reviews do, however, give a concrete sense of the kind of café fare visitors have enjoyed.

The atmosphere suits more than one pace. Some customers appreciate the quiet mornings, while others say the café stays open later than many nearby places and works well for studying. That makes Jaho a useful option for students, people working independently, and anyone looking for a calm place to enjoy a latte. Visitors have also praised the service and cleanliness, and one reviewer says the Back Bay location delivered a positive first visit after going to another Jaho location. Experiences are personal, but these comments point to a welcoming, dependable café setting.

Jaho Coffee Roaster & Wine Bar is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Its address, 116 Huntington Ave, places it near the Prudential Center and makes it easy to include in a Back Bay day. With dark-roast coffee, lattes, café food such as BLTs and turkey focaccia, and a setting guests describe as pleasant and study-friendly, it can suit an early coffee run, a casual lunch, or a quieter afternoon stop. Customer reviews provide a helpful snapshot, but hours and offerings can change, so confirm details directly when planning a visit.

It’s always so nice and quiet in the mornings. My favorite place to get a non coffee caffeinated beverage. Haven’t been for lunch or the bar but will be going back for more.

The best coffee shop in the Back Bay area. Baristas care about their craft and the customers. Never had a bad experience there. My favorite food and coffee pairing of theirs is the BLT and the Salaam Dark Roast. I also love their Black Derby Dark Roast. Their hours are great, as students and professionals have a real chance to get work done while enjoying the JAHO food and drink options. Highly recommend.
