One customer, who is also an esthetician and has experienced many facials, praised the attention to detail throughout the service. The atmosphere is another part of the visit that customers appreciate. Reviews describe calming music, cozy waiting beds, and a complimentary foot soak, details that help set a restful tone before a facial begins. Guests also mention feeling welcomed and at ease, with providers explaining what they are doing and using a gentle touch. Olivia and Savannah are named in customer reviews for their thoughtful service. Together, these comments suggest a spa experience suited to people who value clear communication, unhurried attention, and a peaceful setting as much as the treatment itself.
