Sign in to reviewThis place is horrible paid over $2000 in service repairs to replace struts and brakes. Received the vehicle back with front windshield cracked on the lower driver side and owner Tony would not take responsibility for his mechanics work. Had the front bumper painted and received paint spray all over the front wheel liner. Horrible work and no attention to detail Paid $125 for coolant service flush and checked coolant is empty and not even properly secured
So I found James Auto Center awhile ago and let me tell you Andrew, and his crew are awesome. The work is excellent, the prices are fair, and they keep you apprised of what is needed ,and what can wait. I highly recommend this shop.
I highly recommend James Auto Center. I have a 2004 Audi A4 and I needed to pass smog. They made the necessary repairs so that my car passed smog. Russell was very polite, straightforward and clear with his customer service for me. I'm very happy with their service.
Good first-time experience, I was replying to alignment shops all over the orange County and lamirada area. No place has reasonable prices like this place! They got me in and out in 32 mins! I even advised them to take their time! Andrew checked me out, and Hoc did my alignment. Good customer service and expedient. My car is now straight, thanks to them. They not only do alignments but also are mechanics that can do most to all sorts of repairs and smog checks! All in one encounter is really convenient here at James Auto Center!
