I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Janette Nguyen. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and at ease. She took exceptional care of me and was incredibly thorough in answering all of my questions and addressing every concern I had. She never made me feel rushed and was very patient, making sure I fully understood everything. Janette is extremely kind, sweet, and compassionate, which made a big difference for me as a new patient. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. I am very grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Janet Nguyen & Nurse Practitioner Brianne Addicks are an Amazing Team! No long waiting periods to be seen. They are professional, efficient, & actually take the time to Talk & LISTEN to any of your concerns. You aren't being talked at! They make you feel special & at ease during your visit. There's even laughter during the conversation. You are well taken care of & follow up on any procedures & diagnostics you've had. Everything is explained to you in its entirety. Your health & well-being is very important to them. I truly appreciate them & their entire staff as they are always pleasant & I will miss them terribly now that I have moved to Michigan. Just hope I will be able to find a team just like them! I would highly recommend this office; you will never regret it! They ARE the BEST!!!
I absolutely love Brianne (their nurse practitioner)! She has been working with me for years to get the proper diagnosis’s and to help me maintain the highest level of wellness possible. I scheduled appointment with a doctor and when I arrived I haven't even seen a doctor. Instead a practicing nurse did all the job and nobody cared to ask me. What's a point of reading reviews about a doctor if you won't even see them at the appointment? After the appointment they tried to change me out of pocket and convince me that my insurance doesn't cover a procedure where I knew it does. I spent 20 minutes on a call with insurance to to prove that the service I received was covered. Lastly it's been over a week and I haven't received any results yet. I would not recommend anyone going to Janette Nguyen, MD and better search for other PCP.
