Took my Scion Tc in for what ended up being a full transmission rebuild. Jay was patient and clear in his communication. He walked me through the various options we had in fixing my input shaft bearing and other transmission issues with the pros and cons of each. He also sent updates and pictures as they started to talk apart the transmission He even washed my car and waxed the tires before handing it back. The car drives great now. Excellent customer service and I would be coming back if needed.

From the moment I walked in, they treated me with respect and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. This shop did. Good job for me. I had an intensive bit of regular maintenance due, and they thoroughly diagnosed the issues and worked really efficiently. They even took care of some things without charging anything for it. I'm not saying this will be your experience, but it seemed to me like they don't mind taking care of quick, little things and trying to keep your expenses under control. I felt like I got very good value for the service, and I will be giving them more business in the future. Plus the yard cat, Clutch, she is really sweet, and that generally means that people there are being very good to her. So, good natured animal lovers fixing my car. I think that scores highly for merit.
My wife’s 2015 Toyota Prius AC would works and the randomly not work, called up Japanese auto services to see how much a AC recharge/inspection would cost, spoke to Ross, was quoted $60. Cake there, took about 20min and Ross had the AC …
