I took my daughter to get highlights at this salon. Thankfully, I took photos throughout the process, because I now have clear evidence of the damage that Onil F caused to my daughter’s hair. It is very important to mention that my daughter’s hair was completely virgin — it had never been colored or treated before. Her hair was long, healthy, and reached all the way down to her waist. After Emil performed the bleaching process, her hair literally broke off and fell out. This level of damage shows a shocking lack of professionalism and responsibility. To come to such an expensive salon, one that presents itself as high-quality, and to leave with my child’s hair destroyed is absolutely unacceptable. My daughter walked in with beautiful, long hair — and walked out with very short, damaged hair. This is not a minor mistake; this is serious harm caused by negligence. I do not recommend anyone come near this place. The irresponsibility is beyond words. I am devastated — and I am seriously considering taking legal action.

I went in for highlights and made it very clear that I didn’t want my hair damaged. I asked the stylist to lighten it as much as possible without ruining it. I was told it might take two sessions to get the result I wanted, which I completely understood, so I booked the second appointment. Instead, my hair ended up completely fried. It was so badly burned that people actually asked me if I’d held my hair over a flame. To make it even worse, I was charged $450 for the service—and my hair is very short. I reached out to the salon, sent photos of the damage, and asked for a refund or at least a proper solution to fix what happened. They refused. The only thing they offered was a single treatment, which wasn’t anywhere close to making up for the damage. I tried to handle everything politely and told them I didn’t want to make this into a bigger issue. I simply wanted them to take responsibility. Instead, I was basically told, “Do whatever you need to do.” At that point, I had no choice but to file a complaint with the state board and submit all the photos and documentation. I’m sharing my experience so other people can make an informed decision before trusting this salon with their hair. Save your money and your hair. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
