Robin was absolutely horrible. Very rude!! Consistently complained and insulted me about my natural hair. She told me to be a Keratin treatment or a texturizer so that she could manage dealing with my hair. How dare you? If you can’t do the service, just say so. And I didn’t appreciate all the extra sound effects and grunts because she clearly can not do natural hair. Don't worry I will not be back. Absolutely DEPORABLE. How can I get my money back?

Absolutely terrible. My hair stylist cut off much more than I asked for. Before the appointment, I had my hair until my stomach. I asked for around 3 inches to be cut off (slightly above my chest) but I ended up with around 7 inches being cut off and ended up with hair at my shoulders. She cut off so much more than I wanted and I’ve been very upset. I also wanted to make the ends a bit thinner so it’s not all one width/size but she didn’t do that and now my hair just looks very bulky and weird. I’m just really upset cause I did not ask for my hair to be cut this short and I even specifically showed her how much to cut relative to my body. She also doesn’t double check the length with you or how much to cut before she does, which is a bit unprofessional. My advice is to save your money and go somewhere else, this salon is not worth it at all.

Ms Robyn, did a beautiful job on my silk press. I got so many compliments from my friends on how healthy my hair looked. ..I truly enjoyed the service. Her professionalism is truly appreciated. I'd definitely schedule again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE LOCS. I scheduled an appointment and was on time and the stylist, Robin came and asked me if I had just booked an appointment that day. I said yes because the appointment was available on the website. She then proceeds to ask me to wait 30 minutes cause she was doing someone else’s hair. I waited and then she finally called me back. I sat in her chair and she starts saying that my locs are “too frizzy” and stating these statements about locs that are just not true. She then states that she was going to pull up a YouTube video to see if she could figure something out. She obviously doesn’t know about locs. If you don’t know how to do something, don’t have it listed on your site that you know how to do it. I ended up leaving before I wasted anymore time. Glad I didnt give her my money. I wish I could give lower than 1 star.
