JD Foot Massage

I’ve been coming to this massage place for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The therapists work hard and always make me feel relaxed. Before my first visit, I read some reviews saying the front desk would pressure customers to leave a bigger tip. Honestly, I’ve never experienced that even once. No one has ever asked me for more or made me feel uncomfortable. In my opinion, if you leave a fair and reasonable tip for the service you receive, there won’t be any issues. Massage therapists work incredibly hard, and a large part of their income comes from tips. They deserve to be appreciated for the care and effort they put into every session. If you’re not willing to leave a reasonable tip after receiving good service, then you might want to reconsider getting a massage in the first place. Great service deserves fair appreciation. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this place!

I read the reviews and decided to go despite everyone talking about rudeness and pressure for tips. I had an amazing foot massage with Tracy and it was so good I stayed longer for a back massage. She was so sweet, has strong hands, and dedicated so much time and care to me. The guy at the front was friendly today. Also, I was glad that I was NOT offered elicit services, which happens often around here and grosses me out so I don't like trying new places. For anyone who is wondering, rest assured this place is professional.

Been a client for about 18 months and tried each masseuse they had. Unfortunately, the quality of the service got worse over time. What made me leave was the incessant pestering for higher tips despite my generosity and frequent visits. It got to the point it felt hostile and unpleasant so I found another place with better service and more welcoming atmosphere. One other thing I didnt like is that they either do not tell you who's your masesuse on the phone or when I asked specifically for someone and they assigned someone else. Not a way to treat a customer IMHO.

I had a genuinely frustrating experience with JD Foot Massage that left me feeling extremely disappointed. Despite advertising that they are open until 9 PM and welcome walk-ins, my visit with two people at 7:20 PM was anything but welcoming. I requested a one-hour massage for two people, but instead of getting started, the front desk receptionist called someone that kept telling them every 15 minutes that they were coming and hasn't shown up yet. We were told that they didn't have staff and refused service. It's disappointing when a business fails to deliver. Dive advertise something if you can't fulfill it.
