My recent visit exceeded my expectations, particularly regarding the communication about my SUV. The breakdown of the issues was clear and very easy to understand. I also appreciated the comprehensive car report, which detailed what is running properly, what will need work in the future, and what needs immediate service. I found this extremely helpful. Additionally, I felt the pricing for the services was very fair. Overall, my interactions with Ryan were excellent. He provided great customer service and made the entire process much easier to navigate. Thank you again!

I read the comments before committing to write this review. I now understand everything. The office is very difficult to contact, there's always someone answering that states they will be with you shortly. It takes a while, OK. The front of house could be coached on how to interact with customers; greetings, talking about services and so on. This location could benefit from training. The following is a recent interaction I had with this location: I called Jeffs Auto and was assured that they could perform the service i needed on my BMW. My vehicle was in their possession for weeks (one week I will accept due to my work schedule). Finally the conversation turned to the following call made by a representative of Jeff's Auto: Jeffs Rep: Yes, hello sir. I'm sorry to tell you that we can no longer get your vehicle out of park. We replaced the sensor, and now it won't run or drive. You have to tow it somewhere else. Me: OK, do you have any suggestions on where? Jeffs Rep: Probably a BMW dealership. I then had my vehicle towed to BMW of Bellevue. The technician sent me a video that showed he had found the same sensor that was replaced by Jeff's Auto not plugged in. The technician was able to plug in the wire to the sensor, and the vehicle ran properly. I incurred additional expenses due to the service performed in which I have communicated with the Renton location. The manager stated that he would contacted me last week about the matter. I didn't receive the call. This Monday I went to the location where he then told me he was waiting on his "Higher-ups" and probably wouldn't hear back from them until maybe Friday. I should just wait. That last part is what stuck with me. I'm the consumer. I'm not asking for privileged service, just the job I'm paying for to be completed. Long story, if you made it this far I'll tell you that between towing to the other location, and charges, I spent hundreds more than I should have.

We had such a great experience with Jeff’s Auto that I felt like I had to share. When our car needed a new engine, we were honestly discouraged—multiple places told us it wasn’t worth fixing and that we should just get a new vehicle. That’s a huge, stressful decision to be pushed into. Jeff’s Auto was completely different. While I was waiting, the front desk manager took the time to talk with me and explained their philosophy—that it’s all about maintaining your car effectively, not just scrapping it when something major goes wrong. That really stuck with me. It felt honest, practical, and customer-focused instead of sales-driven. They repaired our car when others wouldn’t even try, and they did it with professionalism and care. Since then, we’ve kept coming back because we trust them. It’s rare to find a place that values long-term relationships over quick profits, but that’s exactly what you get here. Highly recommend Jeff’s Auto if you want people who genuinely care about keeping your car running and doing what’s best for you.

Avoid this place!!! Management dont hold their front desk "secretary" Ryan accountable for his disregard to customer service. While district "investigates" his rude behavior, they advised him or the shop to not work on the car. Didnt notify me of this, I had to call and find this out. Want great customer service, go to Kings Transmission in Renton. These guys understand customer service and focal point is to always leaving the customer feeling good they brought their car to this shop for services. Wont get another dime of my money. And I'll continue to post to bring awareness. Ridiculous!

Needed a 60K tune up for my Subaru Legacy and found Jeff's online based on Google reviews (4.6 stars). They were courteous and timely. When driving home from pick up, the brakes did not feel right (too much travel distance of pedal before brakes being engaged). I called them in the morning and they asked me to bring it back. They bled the brakes again and fixed it. I picked it up again and the car feels great now. Nothing is perfect but they made it right and now they've got themselves a new customer. How things should do.
