I came in on a Tuesday after my appointment was canceled at another location. I’m very picky about my teeth, so I was a bit skeptical at first but I’m so glad I came here. Dr. Waugh did an excellent job, and his hygienist was just as great. My teeth felt incredibly clean when I left. I can honestly say I’ve never had a cleaning that good. The entire experience was smooth and professional from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

I just wanted my teeth cleaned...... They wanted to do almost 3 thousand dollars worth of things to my teeth before they would clean em. My insurance only pays up to 500 dollars for dental work and Jefferson dental knew that and after addressing my financial situation...... I got nothing done ! I just wanted my teeth cleaned....nothing else was affordable for me and they knew that yet they denied to do anything unless I agreed with their terms. I live on a very tight fixed budget and I couldn't afford to spend thousands of dollars first before they would do anything else.
The office is modera clean, except for the dead bugs that are on the light covers above the treatment chair, the staff is pleasant. My problem with this location is that it’s always extremely cold in there. They never see you at your appointment time. It’s always over an hour past our appointment before they see us. We have been coming here for about two years, only staid because we had to finish a prepaid braces treatment for my kid.
I was very impressed with the technology that can make 3-D imprints of your gums for dentures. I will definitely give him his reference to anybody that needs a new dentist. Thank you.
