Jeremiah's Italian Ice

UPDATE: I read the owners response. I’m a high school teacher and one thing I’m proud to say is I pride myself on ethics and integrity. Not only will I not be returning, but I will eat losing money. Here’s why: No one offered anyone’s information. I was only told about a teen who was the manager, but not there. No one offered to put the manager on the phone. She took the coupon and walked away. Came back and said “Sorry, it’s not taking it.” ( She was sweet about it). I waited for a decent time and was in NO HURRY. My son and I had just finished our evening walk and wanted something refreshing. That’s not my character to rush people. You learn patience working with children. I’m very disappointed as the below did not happen. I left my number. You could have just called. Corrected. And I would have updated and/or deleted review. But none of that happened. Maybe communication wires got mixed with your crew… not sure. (FIRST RESPONSE)…. Pretty upset. Couldn’t use a coupon that doesn’t expire until 7/31 and says Katy location. Was told “Sorry, it’s not accepting it.” That’s not the consumers weight and problem to correct if they have the correct item. Then I ended up purchasing one. I asked for Tajin and was given a literal cup of Tajin without tasting any Italian ice. Completely sour and not edible. So, not only did I not get the free one, but I couldn’t eat what I paid for. I don’t like to give bad reviews.. this was unacceptable.

Dropped by after work to try them out and they were amazing! Service was great; I could tell the manager was very kind and attentive to his staff with training and customer service. Also, I observed how they were helpful with a father on choosing what he could order within his daughter's allergies. ☺️ Dining area inside was clean and neat. I got their Double Fudge Brownie which tasted delicious for a choclate lover like me. Would recommend them!

The cheerful atmosphere and attentive service make it the perfect place to cool off and share sweet moments with family or friends!

Tried Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and had a really good experience. The Italian ice cream was refreshing, flavorful, and perfect for a sweet treat. The place has a fun, casual vibe and the staff were friendly and quick. Great spot if you’re looking to cool down with something light and tasty

This has to be one of my favorite places. They have gelato, Italian ice, and swirl. The best part about their ice cream is that it is extremely smooth and thick at the same time. The texture of the ice cream is like silk. And the best part of it all, is when the ice cream is mixed with the Italian ice it brings this amazing flavor. My two favorite flavors are strawberry and orange smash. If you haven’t gone to this place that I highly recommend it. The place is well kept and clean. I have enough indoor seating and outdoor seating. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to ordering. They will give you as many free samples as you want and will always remain with a smile on their face. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. They have a huge board of flavors and an option for several toppings. And last but not least, I love the hours of operation. Anytime I’m looking for a late night snack, I know I can always come to Jeremiah‘s Italian ice.
