I recently bought my used '25 Camry from Joe Myers Pre-owned and wanted to get an independent inspection from this trustworthy shop. They found an alignment issue not stated in the carfax history from the dealership. I brought the shop's findings on a hard copy and showed it to Joe Myer's service department. Due to JV shop's due diligence and thorough inspection, I was able to get my car's rear wheels aligned properly and without extra charge. Will bring my car back for any servicing!

Very friendly and helpful. I had a flat tire on my motorcycle and a staff member took the time to help me out. He checked it, plugged it, and aired it up. Even went out of his way to call bike shops around the area and asked for prices on tires. Thank you for your time even though I wasnt a customer because now I'm looking to become one.
