I went in for a straightening treatment today and Jessica was amazing from start to finish. I have a lot of hair and it's very curly. It's been about 4 years since I last had this done so I knew it was going to be a lengthy process. Regardless of how much work it was, Jessica was incredibly friendly and educated me through every step. I've had this treatment done a few times now and this was by far the best result I've ever had. She was so meticulous with the entire process and the results were well worth the time. I live over an hour away but I am a lifetime customer of Jessica now. If you're looking to get a straightening treatment I highly recommend this one and even more so, I highly highly recommend Jessica.

I cannot recommend Michelle and the team at Jessica Hair Studio enough. My experience started with Megan, who was incredibly kind and patient over the phone. She took the time to answer all my detailed questions and managed to get me booked the next day with Michelle. I did extensive research before scheduling here because the Magic Perm (a combination of Japanese Hair Straightening and a Digital Perm) is a highly specialized treatment that very few salons truly master. My hair is long, thick, and curly. It is definitely not easy to work with and it required an immense amount of time, patience, and energy to achieve the results I wanted. In the past, I’ve had Japanese straightening and loved the silkiness but didn't want my hair to look flat. This Magic Perm is the perfect solution. The final look is like a permanent blowout, silky and glassy on top but with incredible bounce and curl on the ends. Michelle also gave me a fantastic haircut that complements the new texture perfectly. Michelle is a true professional with 10 years of experience at this salon, and it shows. She has hands of magic and was so dedicated to ensuring every section of my thick hair was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you are looking for experts in Japanese straightening or digital perms, this is the place to go! 💯❤️

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica to refresh my perm that had fallen out over 1.5 years. I had wanted to try a digital perm as I’ve become accustomed to cold perms for the last half decade. Jessica patiently explained the entire procedure & walked me through each step that would take place giving me a ton of confidence in her ability to execute. We started off chopping about 4-5” of fried ends due to sun exposure, & from there her, along with another stylist, got to work rolling my hair. They were super efficient & had me in & out in just about 5 hours. The curls came out great & I had such a fun time with the team there. They made me feel incredibly welcome, accommodating me with everything I needed to work from my chair. Would definitely recommend! & as a bonus, Jessica even thinks my perm could last even longer than my previous ones, & I think I’m inclined to believe her! Terrific job, Jessica! Can’t wait to come back & see you & your team again for my next perm/cut!
