Sign in to reviewI read reviews before going and prepared cash to pay and tip money in case it went well. I came in as a walk in and ordered a combo 90 mins massage. I was at the main room at the massage table that separates by a curtain. Besides me there was only one other customer. Of course I would prefer a separate room but for the price I did not complain. Massage prices are ridiculous every where you go so I did not expect a celebrity treatment. Amy was my massage therapist. Man she massaged the hell out of me! It definitely exceeded expectations and I gladly gave her $20 tip in the end. I had very tense muscles on my back and lower back pain. So I needed a heavy duty tension release. Amy knew exactly what spots to focus on without me having to tell her. At first it was painful but pleasant painful. I did not come for just relaxing massage because it’s a waste of money in my opinion. After it was over I came out and saw that Amy was this tiny Asian woman and I was amazed with the force she possessed releasing my tense muscles. I was sore the next day but I don’t have a tension anymore and I feel like I’m not as uptight. I slept so well and drooled on my pillow. And many nights I have heavy dreams where I fight and kick in a dream. I am in a process of healing from CPTSD and I have these tension knots that won’t go away with bath or meditation and I am always kind of uptight and ready for a fight. So a heavy duty deep tissue massage like this is what I needed! I am not a shy person so the curtain separation did not bother me. I am glad I found an affordable massage option that helps me with my mental healing journey. I will definitely be back and will request Amy to be my massage therapist!
Called because I was nervous about reviews (the negative ones seem legit), hung up on as soon as I said "hi". Called back, lady says, "Hello" and I asked if they are a massage parlor... she says, "Yes". I ask if she speaks English and she says no! Haha! Why is she answering the phone? I decided to trust the negative reviews, as they make perfect sense within the context of my experience. Laughable.
As a Somali person, I had a great experience here—thank you! I came in with lower back pain, and they really focused on the exact area I described. I received a full hour massage, Highly recommend.
For $35 plus tip, the 60 minute foot massage is one of the best deals in San Diego. The masseuses here are strong, so if you need less pressure make sure you say so. They ask for payment upfront. I brought cash (received a cash discount) and I had zero issues with payment. The establishment did not have a more polished look like a spa, plus there was a screaming homeless guy outside walking around, but reasonable considering the price. Keep your expectations reasonable, and this place won’t disappoint.
One of the best ever. Everyone there has incredible technique. Strong and precise. MEDICINE.
