if you're looking for a good doctor, look no further go see Jimmy D. Doan. I have been seeing this doctor for years, any personnel I've always handled things professionally. If I ever had an issue with my medication not being there at the pharmacy, I can call and ask for the medication to be sent to another pharmacy and it gets done in a timely manner.
Finally a Doctor that listens to me and is truly trying to help me achieve a healthy ME!!! I can not say enough kind words about the care, professionalism and compassion I have received from Dr Doan and his staff. I am impressed with the wait time and visit procedures. Dr Doan and his staff have gone up and beyond my expectations for my visits, follow up care and calls. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and supportive Doctor, the Doan-Vu clinic is the place!!!
I sat in the waiting room. Far past my scheduled appointment time. To be told that my appointment time had been moved to a later time. I would have appreciated an in advance. There was no follow up. In drawing my blood. No gloves were worn. The practice at this office is unprotected. The attire worn by female workers was revealing and unprofessional. Lastly, I have been made aware that after being roomed. I should expect to wait "45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Doan." Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. & Complete waste of my resources.
