JINYA Ramen Bar - Katy

We’ve been coming to this ramen restaurant for many years, and it has always been our favorite in the Katy area. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you to Sally! She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her smile is absolutely adorable and made us feel so welcome. We came here to celebrate a birthday, and she made our experience even more special. The ramen is amazing! The spicy ramen is truly spicy in the best way and full of rich flavor. The noodles are perfectly chewy, fresh, and incredibly delicious. The appetizers are also fresh, flavorful, and every dish we ordered was excellent. In our opinion, this is the best ramen in Katy. We’ve loved this place for years, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to Jinya Ramen Bar a couple of times now and I have to say I’m officially a fan. This place has quickly become one of my go-to spots, and for good reason. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is attentive without being overbearing, and most importantly, the ramen is absolutely on point. On my visits, I’ve tried the Fire Red V Opal and the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen, and both have been absolutely fabulous. The Fire Red V Opal is bold and fiery with layers of rich, complex flavor that build with every sip of broth. It has just the right amount of heat enough to wake up your taste buds without overwhelming them. The toppings are generous and fresh, making every bowl feel indulgent and satisfying. The Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen is a revelation in its own right. I was genuinely impressed by how much depth and richness a plant-based broth could deliver. It’s creamy, flavorful, and has a nice kick that keeps you going back for more. Even as a non-vegan, this bowl holds its own against anything on the menu. Portions are solid, the noodles are cooked perfectly, and the overall quality is consistent every single visit. Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast or just someone looking for a comforting, flavorful meal, Jinya delivers. Highly recommend will definitely be back!

Stopped by JINYA Ramen Bar in Katy for a late dinner, and we were impressed. Even though it was late, the food came out surprisingly fast, and our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. We ordered the Signature Chicken Ramen, Tonkotsu Red, and Takoyaki. Everything was top-notch. The ramen broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles had a great texture, and the portions were very satisfying. The Takoyaki was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. Overall, great food, fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re craving ramen in the Katy area, JINYA is definitely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu! 🍜👏
