Josh and Steve honestly diagnosed that I didn't need to replace it now. Very impressive and It turned out that Both are the Toyota Master Technician! One of the best auto repair shop that combines the best skills and honesty. Highly recommended! I had a broken tail light on my Honda Accord and brought my car here for repair. The replacement was done very quickly and with great precision. The shop itself was very clean and organized, and it looked like they were using modern, professional equipment. The quote was transparent with no surprises, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very friendly and took the time to explain the repair process. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and high quality. Patrick, Josh, Steve and the rest of the crew here are absolutely incredible. They’ve very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I discovered this place on my own because I had been looking for a reliable mechanic shop for a long time. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t overcharge like a lot of other places, and they don’t push or force you to do things just to get your money. They’re also incredibly fast compared to other places. You have to wait hours sometimes at other places for simple things and they try to exaggerate it like they’ve been working on it for a long time when it actually doesn’t take much time. They give advise generously and genuinely care about customer service and the customer leaving satisfied. They work with you and you can even bring your own parts if you wish. I drive my car a lot everyday so I’ve been there several times already for maintenance service and will continue to do so for everything else in the future, in addition to my wife’s car. You can even send text messages to Patrick for consultation which helps with my busy schedule and not feeling rushed to make a decision over a phone call. I feel comfortable taking my car there and feel like they’re my friends as opposed to a business that just sees me as a paying customer. I highly recommend them.
