The message was GREAT! She did a little more talking than I would’ve liked but she suggested other things I do to release muscle tension in between message sessions. The front waiting area is more like a doctors office waiting room, it could use more ambience (relaxing music, soft lighting, aromatherapy) since it is a message business. They did accept my expired Groupon and I just paid the difference. I would HIGHLY suggest booking online because NOBODY ever answers the phone! They do call to confirm your appointment a few days before hand which was a plus because I had forgotten what date I set the appointment for!

I have been seeing Deanna for over 5 years now and she's absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her. She's always attentive to my concerns and I always feel so refreshed afterwards. They also have a Groupon that's a great deal, but I personally buy the 5 massages for 1 hour package and it's perfect for me. Joseph even gives discounts to the packages if you purchase them right after your massage. Overall, you can't go wrong with Jobonga!

People who know me well consider me a stressed out guy who carries everything on my shoulders. On Saturday for the first time ever I bought myself a hot stone massage. The staff, the room and the massage was great. Kristin made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job. My back has never felt better. Even my friends last night kept asking me why I was so relaxed and I just kept telling them how pleased I was with the hot stone massage. If you want to relax go here! Great place a massage!

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and extremely rude receptionist! My husbands' and my wedding anniversary is coming up so we wanted to do something nice and try something new. We saw Groupon had vouchers on sale for massages and so we both thought, "Why not?" I booked two massages, via Jobonga Massage Spa's Website: one for my husband and one for myself in two different time slots that the website said was available. Wrong. I received a call from the receptionist Jackie stating that the slot I had booked for myself was already taken and she wanted to know if I could come in the next day. That was no problem, I just needed to talk to my husband first because the original book date was our anniversary. Jackie got super snippy really fast. I asked if they had any openings maybe earlier in the week instead of the original book date. Instead of being helpful or even just kindly directing me back to the website, she said, "Can't you just use the website to look because I'm busy trying to check out other customers right now." Really?!?! REALLY?!?! The website screwed up in the first place and I didn't want to book on top of another guest's time slot again. I would like to be able to review the quality of the massages given, but I couldn't even get in the front door. Never again will we even consider this place. They obviously don't want business or to make repeat customers.

Brandi consistently provides amazing massages. As a matter of fact, she's the reason I signed up for their monthly membership! Deanna provides great massages too. Jobonga isn't as plush as the place I used to go to but the quality of the massages are way better. I highly recommend Jobonga!
