Sadie Dedon is so knowledgeable with the products and services that our company provides, and extremely helpful. I literally ask her for assistance with something or things on a daily basis. And yet, she's always friendly and ready and willing to help every time! She's indispensable in the smooth-flowing operations of our office (and my business)! She's an asset to any company!

Our experience was unprofessional and resulted in 30 days of lost market time. We are sharing these facts for other sellers:Valuation: Mr. Graham provided a $600k estimate before physically inspecting our home. After seeing no activity, I consulted with a separate Managing Broker who confirmed the home was significantly overpriced by ~$50k.Marketing: Despite explicit requests to disclose our steep driveway, Mr. Graham omitted all photos and descriptions of it. This led to frustrated tours where buyers felt misled upon arrival. He only offered to correct this after we expressed intent to delist.Communication: Mr. Graham consistently ignored my emails while eventually responding to my husband on identical topics. He also pressured us at our first meeting to vacate our home, claiming it “sells easier empty,” causing us unnecessary financial strain.Commission & Retaliation: When asked to reduce his commission for these errors, he unilaterally reduced the buyer’s agent's commission instead. Upon our contract being rescinded by his boss, he removed all historical and archived photos from the MLS, hindering our transition to a new broker.We have filed a formal ethics complaint regarding these violations of Articles 1, 2, and 12 of the Code of Ethics. We recommend doing independent research before signing with this team.

My husband and I worked with Quin Ashley as he helped us navigate the process of selling our first home and buying our second all at once.
