Sarah is absolutely amazing and can’t recommend her enough! It all started with coming in for a blow out and she’s been doing my hair ever since. On top of that the staff are incredibly nice, greeted genuinely every time I walk in for an appointment.

I recently moved from Colorado and was struggling to find a stylist. I was WAY overdue for a cut and had an appointment with Sarah. (Sisters recommendation) She was amazing - made me feel amazing! Beautiful salon, very welcoming! 10/10 recommend!

Jose Luis Salon stylists are always excellent. I know I can walk in to pretty much any of them and they will do an excellent job, but I have to give a special shout out to Georgina. She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I haven’t felt this good about my image in years! When I got my haircut she noticed that large sections of my hair were very curly with some exceptions. Stylists have always told me I should wear my hair curly, but the fact that I have super straight sections made it impossible. She noticed this and suggested a partial perm. I was hesitant, but after going home with an amazing haircut, I decided to take her up on it. It looks amazing! I never would have considered a perm and now my hair routine is so easy and my hair looks great! She matched my curls perfectly, and it blends really well. Go to Georgina! She does a great curly cut!

I’m fairly new to the area and decided to go to Jose Luis Salon because of the many positive Google reviews. But as you know, walking into any new salon is always nerve wrecking. My stylist/colorist was Leslie. I had a transformational request. I’ve always had very dark hair (see the pictures) and I color the roots monthly to hide the grays. I decided to bring it up to an almost blonde using highlights as I am getting more gray hair and this is a good way to camouflage them over the long term. Over the years I’ve had two botched attempts at even getting highlights. One time my hair turned out orange; the other time the highlights were hardly noticeable. I told Leslie about these experiences and she understood my apprehension. So she decided we would do a test on a back strand to see how light my hair would lift. I really appreciated this approach because although it took an extra 20 min, it allowed us both to go into it eyes wide open and I could see how light my hair would turn out after the first session. I already knew I’d have to go back for a 2nd session because my hair was very dark. But it was good to know coming out of that session what my hair would look like. She was very professional, took her time, asked all the right questions and I would highly recommend JL Salon and Leslie to anyone! I am very happy with the results & I will be back for a 2nd session to bring it up to the level of blonde that I am aiming for. We were able to get pretty good lift this time around! See the pictures.
