I had an excellent experience with this shop and would highly recommend them. From the beginning, they were honest and transparent about what my car actually needed. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, they took the time to explain which issues were worth fixing and which ones weren’t. One thing that really stood out was the communication. They sent me videos showing the damage and walked me through each issue with clear, thorough explanations so I understood exactly what was going on. Their pricing was very fair, the work was completed quickly, and they kept me updated throughout the process, including letting me know the status of parts orders and the expected timeline. On top of all that, both the owner and his wife were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic who is not only skilled and honest but also genuinely cares about treating customers well. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

My experience at Juns was wonderful today! He was so friendly and welcoming and the shop was so clean and organized! My friend recommended this shop and I can't rave enough about the experience! He literally showed me everything that was going on with my vehicle. He didn't try to upsell anything and seemed to have his customers best interest at heart. He recommended and answered questions honestly! I know I'll be going to him for all my car maintenance needs! I highly recommend this shop!

I was introduced to this place by a friend, and today was my first visit. I had an oil change done, along with a coolant and washer fluid refill. What surprised me was that the price was very reasonable, and both the owner and staff were very kind. The shop was clean and well-maintained, and the waiting area had a café-like atmosphere. I would definitely consider coming back again.

I went in for maintenance, and he showed me in detail what needs to be replaced and the reasoning behind em. Also went through the itemized bill of the parts and labor to make sure nothing is upmarked. He used OEM or high-end parts that compete in the same level for my Lexus, and very reasonable labor cost. Highly recommend.

I tried out Jun’s shop based on recommendations from my father-in-law. For context, his shop is in Kent and I live in Puyallup/Tacoma. I bought an older car 2000 integra at 88k miles and wanted it serviced to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. He took care of that like his own car, car runs great and should last another 20 years with regular maintenance. I’ve also brought my other vehicles here for service. I’ve always had great experience bringing my cars here. Don’t mind driving close to an hour for an honest mechanic. Reasonably priced and will not recommend anything not needed.
