Sign in to reviewThis has been the worst dental place I had been to. They claim that my dental insurance does not pay them. Our first dental service was Oct 13 prior to coming they confirmed they accept my insurance. When I came back on Oct 24 for a chip /broken crown, they told me that I need to pay upfront before they can service me. I told them that since it has only been weeks from our first visit, its very unreasonable to say that my insurance does not pay them. Usually claims takes months, to process and this has been proven and is the standard procedure. However they refuse to service me unless I pay in cash,. I called my insurance company, and they mentioned that they are still processing the claims tbey submitted on the 13th. I tried explaining to Just Dental that it takes time and being in netwrok with my insurance they know the terms and condiions, and agreed to a contract. I have never gone to a dental place nor a medical facility wherein they expect to get a claim from my inaurance the same day i got the service. Just Dental refuse to service me and wait until they receive the claim to my insurance because they want the money right away. Just Dental is unreasonable and have no compassion to the patients. I will never recommend this to anyone. I believe it is highly important for me to make this review because just like me there are other people who looks at reviews in determining a dental place to go I am sharing how horrible my experience was and how Just Dental shows they are only after the money , no concern for patienst and who could not wait to get paid by insurance company. Very horrible experience and I regret wasting my time going to this place.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Do for years. He’s an amazing dentist. He’s very innovative, kind and honest. His assistant, Mia, if very kind and helpful. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating. All the doctors I’ve encountered at Just Dental are top notch. They had a plan for my teeth and carried it out with excellence.
Dr.Do is awesome.. I had a stroke and was grinding my teeth.. so much that one cap even came off.. I thought I was going to lose the tooth but Dr.Do & his Angels were able to Save It!! Thank You Dr. Do!!!
This is a great and professional dental office. I had my teeth cleaned here every six months; the service was good and the price was affordable.
