Ming is the best hair stylist. She has been cutting my hair for a few years and I would travel from sf to Dublin to see her. Her cuts are the best I've EVER had! I like a really low maintenance style that I can wash and wear and Ming always delivers ease without compromising style. And they grow out so beautifully! And beyond all the professional strengths she is just a delight to be around. Warm, engaging, kind, talented and professional. Truly an incredible stylist that you will want to see again and again!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut with Ming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She’s such a kind and thoughtful stylist, really attentive to what her clients want. I was particularly looking for someone who understands how to cut Asian women's hair, and Ming absolutely delivered — the results have been fantastic! I’ve gotten so many compliments over the past few weeks. She knew how to cut my hair e.g. just the right kind + amount of layering to avoid the shag that other inexperienced hairdressers may do. What I really appreciated was how careful she was in making sure we were on the same page. I brought a photo for reference, which she welcomed, and it made it much easier to visually communicate what I had in mind. She listened, checked in, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Beyond her skill, Ming is also a natural conversationalist. She takes the time to get to know you, and the appointment felt warm and relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed our chat. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially to try highlights once she returns from her trip to Taiwan. Highly recommend Ming if you’re looking for someone talented, attentive, and genuinely caring about her clients.

Ming Wong is an excellent hair stylist. Very thorough. This was my 1st time at the salon and she made me feel right at home. First, she spent some time consulting with me on a bob style. Then she got to work shaping and feathering my black and white Asian hair. The result was an updated bob that really swings and nicely frames my face. I love it!!! She is a really artistic hair stylist. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks Ming!!!

Got a perm for my first time and Ming made it exactly how I imagined it. For context, I have straight coarse Asian male hair and it is a struggle to style. This perm made it so much easier to style it the way I want and it also looks great without product in the hair. Ming is patient and gentle but also honest. My hair is extremely difficult to work with and Ming did mention that it wasn’t playing nice but she was still able to make it work. I’ll be a regular here.
