Justin is a Star!! I wouldn’t work with anyone else - seriously. There were moments of uncertainty like any home search, but Justin and his team always kept us grounded, confident, and moving in the right direction. And now… we’re in a home that we absolutely love. My wife and kids are thrilled, and it truly feels like the perfect fit for our family. I still can’t believe how well it all worked out. Justin helped us sell our house in Crestline. He was very responsive and handled all the coordination with our tenants who were in the house until after we had an offer. His rates are competitive and ultimately I think we got about the best offer we could have. A few small disappointments: He didn't seem to know the rural mountain market very well, the listing photo and writing quality was meh, and I wish we had been given a better orientation to the steps involved and potential timeline. We wanted to sell the house for more than what turned out to be its market value, and I think Justin took the right approach with us, giving us an optimistic but realistic sense of the highest potential sale point, and walking it down as we saw we weren't getting offers. I was satisfied with the experience and ultimately, we sold the house and probably got the best offer we could have.
