JV Hair is such an amazing salon here in the Pearland area! The stylists are super welcoming and friendly right out the gate. I came in for a cut (wash+blow dry) and I'm usually very uncertain of what sort of haircut I'd get but Natasha gave great style advice and I loved my haircut! Both Natasha and Judy are such sweet people-- I'm definitely making this my new salon of choice. ☺️

Terrible experience! Went in there for highlights 11/06/25, Judi (owner) went into great detail as to why I needed lowlights, not highlights. She proceeded to do lowlights on my hair. She made my hair so dark, I told her there were little to no highlights left. I mentioned to her that it was dark, she said give it some time, it will get better. Paid her $125 and left. Next day, I called her to tell her, I was not happy with the way my hair looked, she had wiped out my highlights. She proceeds to tell me that she can give me highlights and gives me an appointment for a week later 11/14/25, to come back. Went back, got the highlights and she expects me to pay for a mistake SHE made putting in lowlights. I tell her I am not paying again, she was the one that insisted I needed lowlights and it did not turn out well. I left her shop. Several days later, I receive a call from a police officer, Pearland Police. Judi has called the police and wants $150, for the highlights, or she's filing charges. Never mind HER bad decision making. Needless to say, she was paid, and this was chalked down to a very bad experience. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy.
Go to JV hair and ask for Natasha! I have been seeing her for my haircuts for a few years now! She is truly a stylists stylist! I am a hairdresser myself and she is the only person I trust with my hair! She takes her time with you and makes sure her work is all even and checked. She is so talented and her blowouts are top notch! She is very thorough and will give you the exact haircut you want every single time! She is the best! Thanks girl!!!
I love when Judy cuts or color my hair! She has a great personality too!
