Sign in to reviewMy tesla wheel alignment was gone(when i make straight steering wheel, car went left) so i just called for make sure that they can fix tesla wheel alignment service and they said they can fix it. After that day, i got wheel alignment service for my tesla. but when i made straight steering wheel, car went right side a lot so i said that situation and asked them they can fix it and the final, they said they didn’t found any issue. So i asked them they did test drive after that service with “service mode”. Wow! and they asked me what is service mode. lol all the tesla cars has to test drive with service mode when we do test drive after the service. Because of software!! That’s why i asked can you guys fix alignment with tesla! So i gave up and i also showed video through Youtube! OMG do i have to show them? Why? if you guys can’t fix with new technology car like electric cars, just tell the truth that you guys can’t fix it! Be honest! I waste of my money, my time. i already fixed it from the other shop. Please,,, do your business with honesty and learn new technology!
I had an amazing experience here! Came in for an oil change and was blown away by the service. The pricing was very fair, and the mechanic went above and beyond, he was extremely nice, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone this genuine and professional in the auto repair world. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to all my friends and family!
A very kind and highly professional mechanic. The charges were very reasonable and everything was up to my satisfaction. My kids were happy to have free snacks and drinks. The proprietor was friendly.
This is the best place i could have come by the guy didn't even want to charge me a penny, with extremely honest employees and prices. I keep telling my friends and family about this place no matter the car issue I send them here!
Came across a highly rated mechanic and called in for a few quotes. Their pricing is pretty affordable compared to the mechanics in the city I live in, so I made the trek from Lake Forest. Anthony and his crew are so knowledgeable and communicative and very polite, as well! There are some things that they don't do, like engine rebuilds or engine replacements, due to space and no guarantee of result. My car needs a lot of work and they let me come through after running diagnostics and repaired what they could. I definitely recommend this mechanic for your auto needs! They only have 3 hydraulic lifts so they recommend to come when they open, if your whip needs some heavy duty work to be done. They open at 830 am. They're located in the mechanic plaza off Magnolia and Garden Grove. I appreciate yall for all the good work! Thank you!
