Kassidy is amazing! She did an incredible job highlighting and cutting my hair. She listened during our consultation about what I wanted and even suggested keeping the cut a little longer as to not feel too drastic (went from long hair to a short bob). Kassidy even entertained my request to snip a piece of hair myself during the big chop (intrusive thoughts satisfied 😅). 11/10 would recomend K Charles and Kassidy. Edward did an excellent job with my cut, listening to what I wanted and making it work for my hair. He has a great energy, and is fun to talk to as well. Desiree is the best shampooer I’ve ever had!! She gave me the most relaxing head and scalp massage, and it was just what I didn’t know I needed today! Clover did my blow dry and style and did such a nice job curling my hair so it lasts a few days. All three were lovely and fun to chat with while receiving my services. Even the front desk cashier was so sweet and helpful, and helped me find the products I needed. This is why I keep coming back to this location.

I don’t often write reviews but Destiny is so deserving of one. She is a true professional - extremely talented & goes above & beyond to make sure her customers are comfortable & that they receive the highest level of services at every appointment. I am so thankful to have found her a few years ago - I truly look forward to each appointment & seeing her shine at her craft. The salon is always clean - a relaxing environment & great Aveda products available to purchase as well.

10/10 Will trust with my hair again! I had really long dark virgin hair and was reassured greatly by the amazing stylist Destiny during consultation and appointment. She went above and beyond with the help of the other stylists as when my hair had lifted with bits of blonde they immediately got to getting me with no blonde and its the perfect brown blended balayage. Plus with it all taking longer than expected and still having work they all worked together to make the perfect hair happen! Thank you all so much!!!

It was my first time here yesterday 7/9. I was scheduled with Lauren for a haircut & blowout and she did such a great job! I showed her some inspo pic prior to my haircut and she made it look just like the picture! I definitely will be back for more services!
