The Shoyu Ramen is delicious, its made with chicken broth. I got the combo deal with a coffee. The soup was delicious, the beef balls were also very good. The staff is very helpful and the atmosphere is good too. The Kimchi fried rice was very good, we shared it with our Ramen. You should check it out!
I’m Going To Start This Off With The Positives. The Front Of The House Staff 10/10. If I Could Give The Staff Only A Rating It Would Be Five Stars. They Ladies Are So Nice And Their Customer Service Was Immaculate. I Will Be Returning To Experiencing That Great Service Again. Now Some Points Of Improvement. As Someone Who Has Been To The Dallas Location There Are Differences In The Quality Of Food. For One My Entree Came Out Before My Appetizer. A Not By A Couple Seconds It Was A Nice Chunk Of Time. When I Got My Appetizer They Were Way Overcooked. I Ate Them And They Were Still Edible But I Just Know How They’re Supposed To Be. My Ramen Was Great. My Brown Sugar Drink Was Just Milk. I Didn’t Taste Any Brown Sugar Even Tho I Saw It In There And At The Other Location It Tastes Way Better. I’m Not Sure Whats Being Done Differently But It Just Tasted Like Milk Even After Shaking It. Even The Color Is Different Than The Other Location. Food 3/5 Service 5/5. I Will Be Back. This Is A Great Environment To Do Some Homework Or Any Work They Have WiFi And Outlets At Some Booths. Thanks So Much This Was Great Experience.
First time here, hands down sooo good!!! Latifa took order super friendly, suggested what to eat and I’m glad I listened! Food was amazingly delicious and the fresh lemonade was very refreshing. Maybe the portions could be a bit larger at least on the dry shrimp ramen. ( maybe I was extra hungry ) 😅 definitely coming back! 🙌🏼
If I could give them more stars I would. It's a whole vibe in here. They play K Pop of course and my daughter's love it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. We tried the combos that came with an appetizer, Ramen and a drink. The girls enjoyed their fruit teas with boba and I got the taro milk tea. Definitely will be returning. Also, they let us try a new drink, the rose blush and it's amazing. A must try!
Food was very delicious and cooked well. We went there on Sat for lunch and even during this busy time there was only one server/cleaner so the service was slow. Entrees were delivered before the appetizers.
