I went in because my shoulder was really tight following surgery and I wanted a deep tissue massage. It was tighter than I realized, so I decided to add cupping, and I’m so glad I did! My shoulder felt great afterward, and as the days passed, it just kept feeling better and better. I’ll definitely be going back over the next several weeks to continue supporting my recovery. I had a great experience here! The staff was friendly and professional, and the massage was very relaxing. The spa was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I left feeling refreshed and much less tense. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place!

Very sad to write this because I don't like to be negative and of course I also had a bad experience and wasted money which is unfortunate. I do not think the place was remotely enjoyable on this visit. For starters the room is a shared room with people only separated by one sheet so you are within an arm's length of other people. There is zero room to move around and you literally are 18 in from other people. I came to this place because it said it had all of these licensed masseuses and I cannot imagine that the person that massage me would have a license and how the muscles work because the massage was simply just a bunch of pushing. Truly disappointed in the experience overall and now the price seems expensive beyond words for what I got versus a value which is what I had expected. I wish I had spent double to go somewhere else. Just an honest review. If for some reason I got it wrong and possibly there is a reason why I did not get the perfect massage I would love to know from someone in management however I doubt I will get any reply to that. I was really hoping to make this a place that I can go to once a week I had researched multiple places. Very disappointed.

I came here once a few months ago, and I was disappointed, but the reviews are so good. I wanted to give it another shot. Today, I honestly had one of the most unexceptional massages that I’ve ever had. I’ve had hundred of massages because I have chronic shoulder pain. I had asked the receptionist to convey to the masseuse that I wanted extra work on my shoulders, and instead I feel like I got less than usual: less than five minutes. She said the muscles were tight then moved on. I also caught the masseuse drifting off and stopping in the middle of what she was doing. At one point I checked and indeed, by lifting my face, I could see she was looking at her phone. The masseuse definitely had talent because there were maybe 15 out of 90 minutes where I felt I was getting some adequate deep tissue work done. The rest of it, it might as well have been somebody putting on lotion or petting a cat. Again, I scheduled 90 minute deep tissue massage. Very disappointing.

My wife and I came in today hoping for a relaxing massage experience, but unfortunately it turned into a stressful and uncomfortable visit. Throughout the massage we were repeatedly pressured to purchase add-ons and products. When we politely declined, the staff became noticeably agitated, which made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the service. We were also charged for 2 CBD oil add-ons even though my wife never received hers. On top of that, the lavender oil was never explained as an additional charge beforehand. By the end of the visit our total was around $240, much higher than expected because the pricing and upgrades were not communicated clearly. To make matters worse, when we were leaving, staff aggressively pushed for a tip. Considering the unclear upcharges and billing issues, we honestly thought those extra charges were effectively the gratuity. We were even gonna come back on Saturday before our flight to get another but this experience overall was not good. Very disappointing experience overall. Transparency and professionalism would have made a huge difference.
