It was my first time getting my hair done by Nina, and she did an amazing job! I absolutely love my haircut and the way she styled it. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Also, Meridian, she did my sister’s and mom’s hair, and we were impressed with the results. We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend others to try them who looking for a great hairstylist!

Miss Margie was so awesome and accommodating! I called and told her I wouldn't make the appointment on time and she still saw me even though I was the last appointment of the day. I was met with nothing but kindness and hospitality. This was my 3rd time at this salon and it's been a great experience every time! They know what they're doing here and I'm always satisfied with my hair when I leave! This is the only place in San Antonio that I trust with my hair!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at K Style Salon. After searching Google for the best Asian hair stylist, I found Susan’s name and decided to book an appointment with her specifically. I visited your website and scheduled my appointment approximately 2 weeks in advance because no earlier openings were available. Based on her reputation and the wait time, I expected a high level of professional service. This was my first visit to the salon. During the consultation, Susan recommended coloring my hair, and she initially began the service herself. However, when another customer arrived, a different stylist took over coloring my hair without any explanation or prior discussion. Since I had specifically requested and paid a deposit to book an appointment with Susan, I was confused and disappointed that another stylist completed part of the service. In addition, after Susan returned and shampooed my hair, the back of my shirt became soaking wet. Rather than addressing the issue appropriately, she simply attempted to dry my shirt with a hair dryer. I informed her that I wanted to leave because I had never experienced such careless treatment at a salon before. Overall, the service I received was unprofessional and fell far short of my expectations. As a first-time customer, I was extremely disappointed with the experience and with how I was treated. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in your salon, and I do not plan to return. I did not give any stars, but I couldn’t submit the review without selecting one.

Fabulous place! Izzi is tremendously talented and knows her stuff! She listens to what you want but gently steers you in the right direction. Nina is also fantastic! I was fortunate to have both of them work with me on my hair since I first started coming here and I highly recommend both of them to anyone who is looking for an exceptional stylist.

This was my first time at this salon. I had my appt with Izzi. I wanted a “shag” haircut, Izzi did such an amazing job. I was so happy with the result. My hair feels so much better. I received compliments from friends and family. 🥰 Thank you very much Izzi! I will be returning! -Jessica
