Sign in to reviewWhen I came in to have my check engine light looked at, the staff were very rude. They told me I needed an appointment and that the earliest availability wasn’t until next week. The way this was communicated felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that shops get busy, but basic courtesy and respectful customer service should still be expected.
Been going here for +5yrs. Always reliable and very reasonable/fair priced. Jackie explains in detail the issue. I had my older sister bring her car in after being told her repair at anther shop was 3-4 times the amount Jackie quoted. Honesty is everything.
I went to K West Auto Care without an appointment and they were incredibly reasonable and helpful from the start. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and patient throughout the process. They made a stressful car situation feel much easier. I really appreciated the honesty and the overall experience. Would definitely come back!
04.07.26 - 2018 Chevy Impala. I bought an Orielly New Car Battery & brought it to Kwest, Jackie & Herbert, via AAA towing that arrived within 1 hr, Outstanding Service . They replaced & installed the new battery, replaced a passengerside front window wiper, and checked the oil & other fluids. Cost: $78. All completed within 3 hrs. Used Lyft, ask for Allen, who promptly arrived with 30 min, and I pickup d car at Kwest with no hassle. 02.26.26 - Problem: Flat Front Passengerside Tire Solution: Brought it to Kwest, Daly City, at 9am. Herbert checked out all 4 tires, brakes, rotors, brake lines, all fluids in the car and said all is fine. Theres no need to get new tires for it's still good. Instead it was patched and picked up the car before 3pm the same day. Was charge $25.
Exceptional & trustworthy auto maintenance shop! Herbert & his team are cordial, experienced & skilled, especially with imported vehicles. I was traveling from Northern to Southern California when my car suddenly developed a severe oil leak. Herbert graciously showed great sympathy for my plight & took my Volvo in without an appointment. A repair part was quickly obtained & I was back on the road! Very reasonable cost & superb service. Thank you!
