My first time here as a visitor. One of my family members had a stroke, it's a scary moment that happened to our family. The nurses and doctors here are very friendly, thoughtful and caring. We were here for a week, my family member had to see the speech therapist, occupational therapist and physical therapist. It was a wake up call, but we had a great experience all the way to when my family member was discharged and wheelchair out. Highly appreciated all the physicians and nurses here, day and night, they showed how much they cared! 👏

I was so impressed with the friendly and comforting staff. Kudos to my prep nurse, had that calming personality which is so important for a patient. The safety protocol before starting the surgery was very impressive, and was another comforting step in the process. My surgeon Dr. Michelle is the definition of a caring professional doctor. I know she's probably done this surgery hundreds or thousands of times but each patient deserves a competent caring doctor for each and every patient.

My experience with Dr. Taylor was genuinely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Taylor took the time to listen carefully, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was their kindness and compassion—it’s clear they truly care about their patients, not just medically but as people. They created a calm, supportive environment and made what could have been a stressful visit feel manageable and even reassuring. I left the appointment feeling confident in my care and grateful to have a provider like Dr. Taylor. That level of attentiveness and empathy is rare, and it made a lasting impression.

He was very knowledgeable, answered every question I had using accessible language, offered credible assessments of the prognosis and possibilities including the state of technology, acknowledged the role of obesity in my knee problems without sounding judgy or wanting to penalize fatness. And he offered realistic assessments of what could and could not help. This has not always been my experience and I was very, very impressed. I was expecting far less. He also hada sense of humor which is nice. The nurse, whose name was Candy or Cathy or something like that, was also really great.

I have to say that everyone in that whole department made my experience Alot more comfortable than expected and surprisingly an enjoyable experience! It started out with thr receptionist being friendly and understanding of my nervousness coming in for my procedure. Then was the nurses, each one was very nice and talkative which made me feel relaxed and conformable, there were 4 of them helping me, but I remember one of their names (Shangri-la), they were all equally nice and looked like they enjoyed their jobs and were very Profesional. Dr, Lee was very polite and and kept me comfortable the whole time. When the procedure was finished, they took very good care of me and it made me feel like I wasn't even there for any type of medical procedure, but rather like a meeting with friends! If I ever have to do this again in the future, I can be reassured to face it without fear or anxiety and be prepared to be well taken cared of by Professionals and Friends!.... Thank You Everyone, I'll be back in 10 years!
