Karen Blevins - Chinowth & Cohen REALTORS®

Working with Karen and Talina from Chinowth & Cohen Realtors was nothing short of exceptional. They recently helped me sell an investment property, and I can confidently say the experience exceeded every expectation. There were several challenges that popped up along the way, and the property needed quite a bit of preparation before it was ready to hit the market. Karen stepped in and truly took ownership of the entire process. She coordinated multiple contractors, oversaw repairs and updates, and managed every detail with incredible organization and care. She essentially became the project manager the home needed, and she handled it all with professionalism and determination. What stood out most was how proactive she was. Instead of waiting for issues to arise, she anticipated them, offered solutions, and kept everything moving smoothly. Her communication was transparent and timely, her recommendations were spot on, and her dedication clearly showed in the final result. As the seller, the experience was a successful, stress free sale. Karen and Talina went above and beyond at every turn, and I’m genuinely grateful for their hard work and expertise. If you’re looking for real estate professionals who will take initiative, advocate for you, and treat your property like their own, Karen and Talina at Chinowth & Cohen Realtors are the ones you want by your side.

We have had the pleasure of working with Karen three times over the past 20 years, and there is a reason we continue to come back to her. She is an exceptional realtor and, even more importantly, a genuinely wonderful person. She is hardworking, knowledgeable, dependable, and very committed to her clients. She consistently goes above and beyond to make what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her expertise, attention to detail, and dedication ensure that her clients’ best interests are always at the forefront. What truly sets her apart, however, is her personality. She is funny, personable, honest, and an absolute joy to work with. She brings positivity to every step of the process and makes you feel as though you are working with a trusted friend rather than simply a realtor. Karen is the best hands down!!
