I came here specifically because I heard this was the go-to spot for "unique and affordable" anime and Sanrio gear, but the experience was the complete opposite. The Selection: For a place advertised as having a "wide selection," it felt incredibly picked over and generic. If you’ve been to any basic hobby shop, you’ve seen all of this before—nothing unique about it. The Prices: They claim to be "affordable," but the markup is ridiculous. You can find the exact same Sanrio stationary and Pokémon accessories online or at other local shops for half the price. The Vibe: People mentioned a "fun and colorful vibe," but it just felt cramped and chaotic. Customer Service: I read that the staff was "helpful and knowledgeable," but they seemed completely disinterested in being there. No greeting, no help finding specific series—just a cold experience overall. Save your time and money. There are much better spots in Plano for genuine anime and Japanese lifestyle goods.
Sanrio lovers.. COME HERE! Stumbled here inside H-Mart in hopes of finding some Cinnamoroll gifts and they have so much! Notebooks, pens, keychains, stuffed plushies.. sooo much! Amazing customer service.. we got a free gift too! My niece will definitely be pleased with all the Cinnamoroll goodies I’ll be surprising her with. Thank you Kashi City! :)
I absolutely love this store best gear I got the one piece backpack and I love it I’m obsessed with the store and they have great customer service I live the vibes in the store great location highly recommend

The items in this store are always so cute! And the people are very nice! It’s very colorful and they have Miffy, Sanrio, squishmellowz and a lot of cute stationary products. I will definitely be coming back!
