I have brought my vehicle to this shop several times for A/C-related service, including an A/C recharge, cooling fan replacement, and a follow-up visit when the cooling was not working as it should. Since they were already familiar with my vehicle, I decided to return when I recently developed another A/C issue. I initially dropped the vehicle off for what I expected to be a quick diagnostic, but the process took longer than anticipated and I was unable to access my vehicle over the weekend. This created some inconvenience and made me hesitant to leave it any longer. When I returned Monday evening, I met Ronnie, who took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my previous experiences. She was warm, professional, and reassuring. She explained that earning my trust was important to her, and her customer service gave me the confidence to leave my vehicle for one additional day so the repair could be completed properly. I am very glad I did. My A/C is now working beautifully, and I feel confident that the repair was handled with care. Ronnie’s communication, accountability, and genuine concern completely improved my experience. Although the process took longer than originally expected, the final outcome was positive. I appreciate the work that was completed and especially appreciate Ronnie for making sure I felt heard and taken care of.

Absolutely incredible experience. Isaiah explained everything to me in detail. He let me know what it looks like, explained what each part could be impacted by and offered best next steps. I am big on reviews. The reviews for Katy Auto Experts were good. I wanted vehicle rear shock absorbers to be looked at along with explaining the issue. When I walked in I asked if someone could look at the rear shocks. First I was asked have you had suspension work. I answered yes to front but not rear. Then was asked what was the year, make & model. Then the question of how many miles on the vehicle. Was told with that many miles they need to be replaced. I was asked to complete the paperwork. Then told to wait 5-10 minutes for my quote. During the process of creating the quote I was asked if the vehicle has electronic suspension. W

I want to start if my saying my knowledge of cars is very limited. I have been experiencing issues with my brakes for some time and did not know where I could take my car. I searched Google for a mechanic shop that I could trust to take car of my car and thank God I found Katy Auto Experts! I went in and had a brake check done for free and Isaiah was so helpful and professional. He explained everything to me and worked with me to create a plan that worked for me. I feel the cost was more than fair as I had work done on both front and back brakes. I now have a new shop to take my car too that I can trust. Service was quick as well. I walked in with no appointment( on a Saturday)around 9:45 and my vehicle was complete by 1. Thank you so much Isaiah and Katy Auto Experts!!!

My Car had a wheel lug stripped at a previous place and I didn't realize it until I went to get tires rotated. I brought it into Katy Auto Experts for a repalcement and an oil change. They did a great job, showed me a llist of other maintenance stuff I needed to complete soon. Very happy with them.
