Office is convenient and comfortable, bright and well organized. Receptionist friendly and efficient. Dental team worked together smoothly and efficiently using 4-handed dental technics and made sure I was comfortable. Restoration was pain-free. Adjusted bite of opposing teeth. Gave me clear instructions for after-care. I enjoyed their services, will tell friends, and I will be back for more.
This is truly a superlative dentist: I had neglected dental care for years and was afraid to go. Drs. Joe and Marco provided a painless, comprehensive experience and got my dental health back on track. The penultimate levels of professionalism, integrity and courtesy- I cannot possibly recommend them enough.
Dr. Nguyen is fantastic! I love her bedside manner (so to speak), she is personable, patient, kind and knowledgeable. My dental journey with her has been nothing but pleasant. But now that billing dept/person leaves something to be desired and not in a good way. I've had to constantly call my insurance companies to resolve billing issues. I feel like they want me to bill my own claims and if that were the case they should have told me that upfront. I canceled with another office for that specific reason. These companies seem to want our money for little to no effort. What is the point of having billers if their expertise is not to resolve billing issues? Working adults that are paying for a service deserve better. I don't want to say don't use Katy Family Dentists because Dr. Nguyen is fantastic but do prepare to have and resolve billing issues.
Absolutely incredible staff! Cannot say enough good things about everyone I interacted with yesterday. They are kind, reassuring, personable, and so easy to interact with. Grateful to have found Katy Family Dentists when I did!!
Dr. Nguyen is the best of the best! She’s very calm, gentle and always checks in with me during procedures to make sure I’m ok. I have dental anxiety and birth trauma so finding someone gentle was a must! The best bonus is that she’s so good with the numbing shot, I hardly feel it. I also love that I can trust her, she’s always be open and honest with me about my dental health and she never rushes appointments.
